Tammy Fay started out as a Saturday Night Live punchline. But through her divorce, bankruptcy and battle with cancer, I believe the strength and grace she demonstrated changed a lot of people’s minds about her.
She was a sweetheart. Amazing that she was on Larry King with all her makeup on the day before she died. R.I.P.
