  1. Chertoff's intuition Says:

A vaguely ominous report by the government about increased al-Qaeda activity that lacks any detail whatsoever and only generally hints at future attacks within this country?

    Why, it must be July!

  2. Brendan Loy Says:

Heh. Ah yes, the Summer Terror Alert Season.

  3. Mad Max, Esquire Says:

I wonder if this could have anything to do with the 20 high level people Larry Flynt has found on the DC Madam’s list? Hmmm.

  4. Andrew Says:

Ah, great link to the past. Still, how is this CNN Breaking News, when we’ve been debating this issue ardently the past couple of days?

Can we just go back to not leaking classified reports? Sheesh.

  5. Condor Says:

    This post emboldens the terrorists.

  6. Brendan Loy Says:

    Heh.

  7. Angrier and Angrier Says:

I was listening to the news the other day and they were saying that this information is coming from the same source that threatened to strike the Prudential building in New Jersey. Pardon me, but wasn’t that threat later proven to be unfounded? The media really need to do their f–king job.

  8. Sandy Underpants Says:

Why do they need to sneak terrorists into the US? The last batch used Valid visas and passports to do it. Which leads me to say, “Mr. Bush, do away with legal immigration”.

  9. Mad Max, Esquire Says:

Unfortunately, the Bush Administration has cried wolf one too many times with the Orange Alerts. These alerts have no credibility with the American public anymore. Similar to the boy who cried wolf, the terrorists may end up eating our lunch because of it.
