An early start to the season…it will be interesting to see if this becomes an active year after a quiet 2006.

  2. Patrick Cooper Says:

It’s all George Bush’s fault. I’m sure Al Gore is working to save us.

  3. Briandot Says:

It’s not [only] George Bush’s fault, but yes, Al Gore is trying to save us.

  4. Brendan Loy Says:

If Al Gore is trying to save us from Suptropical Storm Andrea, his efforts are sorely misguided.

It is impossible to show a causal link between global warming and an individual tropical system. The fact that the season started early doesn’t tell us anything about global warming (nor indeed does it tell us anything about whether the remainder of the season will be active).

  5. Bob Says:

Fools! It’s a gravity wave; nothing more.
