He must have an extremely short memory because stuff was thrown on the ice in buffalo when the sabres went down 2 men in game 3 of the ECF last year.

Those were probably Islanders fans who snuck into HSBC Arena for the Sabres-Hurricanes series just to throw stuff on the ice. ;)
