The accusations of rape can be no longer sustained in the face of mounting negative evidence. Yet the DA persists with other portions of the discredited accusers claims. Does this make any sense, even in our legal system?

Is he up for election again? That’s what he did last time. The man is a crook and the community should be outraged at his deception.

They got a helluva case against Nifong.
Not the players, they’re case is ironclad. Durham is already trying to budget for a settlement amount.
I mean an actual criminal case for obstruction against Nifong. Both for the ID line up and hiding the DNA info.

I just want to know where the outrage is from people like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton.
Oh wait, whitey’s rights are being abused, never mind. Move along.

Brett-
It seems to me that people across the spectrum are outraged by this case, just like people across the spectrum were outraged by the trumped up case against Kolbe Bryant.
