The lack of DST and the public outcry when anybody even talks about it is extremely amusing. Talk to a real “hoosier” (not someone affiliated with ND) and say that DST is a good idea, you will not make friends.
The Democratic walkout was not focused on Daylight Savings Time; it was an innocent victim caught up a wider controversy over some other bills the GOP was sponsoring.
The legislature has much BIGGER issues to deal with…Primairly getting the Hooisers into the NCAAs and arresting Ed Hightower for Criminal Basketball Officiating (surprisingly a B felony in Indiana).

A Democratic walkout? Is Daylight Savings Time really a partisan issue? Wow.

Are they gonna run off to Michigan for refuge like the Texas Dems once did to Oklahoma? Heh.

Actually, Charlotte fan, going to the NIT Final Four is an excused absence.

What isnt an excused absence? Isn’t everything?

Well, at least these Democrats didn’t compare the Republican’s efforts to get DST instituted to Hitler pushing through the Nazi agenda.
That kind of “reaching out” language is only reserved for the very special Democrats.
