Pope John Paul II: “[The American church] is called to respond to the profound religious needs and aspirations of a society increasingly in danger of forgetting its spiritual roots and yielding to a purely materialistic and soulless vision of the world.”

    Yeah, I’ll take that criticism seriously from a spiritual leader caught blessing a bag of Cheetos.

    Well, yes, Your Holiness, this is true; but every time we try to answer the Call to so respond to those very needs & aspirations of your European societies, you guys tell us to Buzz off & stop Bothering you. :>
