Woohoo! I say “sort of” live because they’re updated by FTP at set intervals, as described above. Moreover, the L.A. cam (a.k.a. TobyCam) will probably be updated rather intermittently, at least while I work out the details of the connection, and in fact, it may not last long. So enjoy it while it’s here!

Temporarily contrary to its field-of-view description, the Adollyacam presently (afternoon Jan. 20) shows Adollyan President-elect Mr Bun (center, Foot on Adollyan bible) being given the oath of office by outgoing President Oliver at noon today as new VP Darla (rear, with fishy eye & bottle nose) looks on. Tawny-furred figure, partially obscured at right, is unidentified. Webcam will resume its usual view in due course & when I get around to it.

A pair of slight corrections. Darla, Adollya’s new vice president, is not shown in this scene. The dolphin standing behind Mr. Bun is not Darla but Darlene, the Chief Justice of the Adollyan Supreme Court. Darlene, not Oliver, conducted the swearing-in ceremony. Oliver, the outgoing president, was merely looking on when the oath was administered. Presumably, this scene shows Mr. Bun turning around after taking the oath of office to shake Oliver’s paw. Darla, who was sworn in a few minutes earlier, is apparently just off screen.
Congratulations to President Bun and Vice President Darla. :)
