He was taken to the hospital with chest pains after the SEC championship game. Sounds like something is going on health wise that a high stress coaching environment is not going to help. It is also strange to think that Urban Meyer may be in worse health then Bowden. I mean, if I had to pick a Florida coach resigning for health reasons, I'd go with Bowden. Of course, you may not buy this health reasons thing. But the strange fact is that Bowden wasn't forced out for health reasons officially, and that is the official reason Meyer is leaving. Weird.
