Shouldn’t we blame the French for their blatent handballs, which obviously caused this flooding?

From the linked article: “In Co Galway, the River Suck burst its banks leading to flooding in Ballinasloe…” Now That’s gotta suck. ;]
But yeah, this is apparently the worst flooding in the British Isles in a long time. It’s very bad in Cumbria in the North West of England. In the UK North of Ireland there are floods in Fermanagh & Tyrone, where “In Dungannon, the Artasooly Road has closed after a nearby river burst its bank” and they’re “laying sandbags in Enniskillen as Lough Erne continues to rise”.
