The first-ever issue of The Living Room Times was a one-page edition with a single article about the most mundane of topics: cold weather. But it reports on that cold weather from the unique perspective of Adollya, the "stuffed animal nation" that was the LRT's original target audience. When I wrote up this newspaper, two days after my parents bought our family a computer for Christmas, I never imagined I would take the Living Room Times to school one day, let alone that it would become such a phenomenon or play a huge role in my life. I was just passing the time, writing about stuffed animals and weather.
