Carrol County is taking this seriously . . . but then, there seems to have been a threat. Still, the principal basically saying “we THINK the schools is safe, and we THINK kids will be safer here than out there in the scary world” doesn’t sound very reassuring, and seems a bit irresponsible. Can’t they just tell the teachers to keep an eye out and leave it at that?
