Here’s an audio clip of the USC vs. Notre Dame debate today at DeBartolo.
Photos after the jump.

Notre Dame sophomore Corey Mehlos (right) responds to cross-examination from USC sophomore Michael Smith (left), as his teammate, USC senior fullback Brandon Hancock (behind Smith), looks on. Also looking on are moderators Mary Komperda, an NDLS 2L, and John Carlson, a Notre Dame junior tight end.

Hancock (left) makes a point during cross examination, Notre Dame senior Tim Fiorta (right) listens, Smith and Komperda look on, and Mehlos takes notes.

Julie Carver, USC’s Assistant Director of Forensics and Debate — and a graduate of Notre Dame Law School — takes a picture of (from left) Fiorta, Smith, Hancock and Mehlos.

My sources have informed me that the Houston Texans and Mario Williams have reached an agreement. You heard it here first.

Holy crap! What were the Texans thinking? Where does that leave Bush? SF?

Damn! New Orleans has a shot! Especially after they signed Brees at QB. Talk about a black hole. Maybe Bush can get through to SF or Green Bay or some other team with a future.

Mad Max, New Orleans already has a ton of money tied up in Deuce McAllister. I bet they trade down one spot to Tennessee. Tennessee may be split on Vince Young vs. Matt Leinart, but I know one guy Norm Chow loves and knows how to utilize more than anyone else on the planet: Reggie Bush.

That was an excellent debate, and funny too. Thanks for posting it.

Thanks for posting this. We enjoyed the debate a lot. I have sent your link to Brandon and Mike. As always, the Notre Dame students and community exhibited nothing but class.
