Well, considering the title of the movie is When The Levees Broke…
Actually, the name of the production company is actually Forty Acres & A Mule, not Levee Broke Inc. I think the hotel may have made a mistake on the little placecard thingies saying who would be using the “Times Square” conference room.
But regardless, I’m not sure why anything should be ready into “Levee Broke Inc,” even if that is the company’s name. I mean, the levees did break! It’s not like that’s a controversial statement. If it was “Levees Bombed Inc,” I could see your point. :)
Doesn’t this reflect the practice of the movie industry to create a corporation specifically for the release of one movie - I don’t know, maybe to limit liability arising out of the picture, keep a failure off the parent’s financial statements, I don’t know. Like in Lord of the Rings, the title was often associated with “Wingnut Films.” The crown aragorn wears is often described as a wingnut shape. Can I get a witness ?

I’m not reading anything into, more Spike’s reputation than anything else.
