The Carolina Panthers cheerleaders who were arrested yesterday in an incident that stemmed from their allegedly having sex with each other in a public restroom at a bar have been fired.
As I said yesterday, I suspect there will be no shortage of lucrative offers being thrown at these young ladies. It’s just a question of how drastic a change of profession they are willing to tolerate. :)
P.S. Heh: “When we first read the story of the two red hot Carolina Panther cheerleaders arrested at a bar called ‘Banana Joes’ for engaging in steamy girl-on-girl sex in a public restroom, we evaluated whether or not the story was Independent Sources material. No amount of sensual, physical, grinding action would make it appropriate for Independent Sources unless there was a connection to California politics, greedy plaintiff attorneys, or bad economic policy. Despite long, deep embraces, passionate open-mouth kisses, and the wildest, most mind-blowing, heart stopping female-on-female action, we just didn’t see how it fit into this site. We’re not even going to use obvious puns like ‘fantasy’ football or ‘backfields in motion.’ Nope, we are taking the high road all of the way and hope you our readers appreciate it.”
Needless to say, a lengthy roundup of CheerleadersLesbianSexGate links follows. Profiles here.

and lucrative offers from lawyers suggesting they file a wrongful termination lawsuit, given, you know, they’ve only been accused, nothing has been proven, and they are presumed innocent until proven guilty… the panthers might be in hot legal action shortly…

That would depend on the wording of their contract with the Panthers, would it not? Something tells me it probably gives the organization a lot of leeway. Do cheerleaders have a union? Well, clearly, yes, but not THAT kind of “union,” I mean a labor union. :)

There is probably a morality clause in the contract. something along the lines of how a Pantherette should act and present herself/organization in public.

This case is rife with gender and sexual preference discrimination.
Brendan, I call on you to lead the charge to take up a plate for these poor lesbians who are being unjustly discriminated against.

Just because they were into girl-on-girl action doesn’t make them lesbians. It just makes them very, very hot!

Actually, no one should be too sorry about this. I imagine Hef is on the phone to their people right now. I’m sure the issue will be out in time for the SuperBowl, especially if the Panthers go all the way (pun intended).

I’m not sure Hef would put the brunette in his magazine. Her nose is bigger than the combined size of her surgically enhanced breasts.
